Our Business Practices

• If you order an item from Coleman Tyler LC we will sell that item for the price advertised, represented honestly and guaranteed to be the exact item advertised in the exact condition advertised with no product substitutions made without prior approval of the customer.
• NO credit card processing fees will be added to any purchase.
• Shipping charges will be clearly stated on your order and reflect insurance coverage & at times signature charges. Excluding weekends and holidays, most orders are shipped the same or next business day. 99% of delays are because we have not received a needed FFL license.
• We will keep you informed of any changes in order status by email and/or phone.
• Coleman Tyler LC strictly adheres to all Federal Firearms laws

   
  Custom Orders & Quotes

• If you are unable to locate a particular item, we can custom order the item for you. Simply email us the information about the item and we will provide you with availability and a price quote. Custom ordering is normally in the 10% above dealer cost. All orders will require a small deposit.
• We also reward repeat customers with incentives. If you plan to become a repeat customer, simply email us and we will fill you in on the details. In addition, we also offer discounts on multi-item purchases.

   
  Disclaimer

• Buyer assumes all liability and responsibility for the use, storage, security & condition of any firearm purchased.
• Buyer affirms & certifies by purchasing from Coleman Tyler LC that he or she is legally qualified to purchase and own the firearm and there are no state or local laws preventing ownership.
• Buyer affirms & certifies that he or she will utilize a trigger lock to prevent accidents.
• Buyer understands that all firearms are potentially dangerous if handled improperly.
• As a matter of record: Coleman Tyler LC has no established testing facility, and assumes no liability for the safe functioning of any firearm sold.
• Buyer must be at least 18 years of age to purchase any firearm.
• Upon purchase, buyer assumes all liability and responsibility including but not limited to the usage and storage of the purchased firearm.
• Buyer agrees that any FFL transfer fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
• Lower receivers & other parts that are forged may have slight imperfections in the forgings or finish. Example of parts with imperfections at times are AR15 lower receivers. They are a military "style" firearm and slight imperfections in no way effect the performance. If you are a "perfectionist" then please do not order these products from Coleman Tyler unless you are local to Gilbert Arizona & can inspect your part before purchasing.

   
  Return & warranty Policy

• We offer a three-day non-firing inspection period on all new guns. This period begins when the item is delivered to your dealer. Any returned items must be unfired and in the exact condition in which it was shipped to your dealer, including boxes and accessories.
• All returned items must have an RMA#, which is assigned by Coleman Tyler LC and must be returned in the exact condition received, including boxes and accessories.
• There is a 10% restocking fee on all returned items.
• Any shipping or auction fees are nonrefundable.
• Any FFL transfer fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
• Coleman Tyler LC is a distributor and has no repair facilities. Coleman Tyler LC reserves the right to determine if any warranty item is to be replaced or repaired. If item is to be repaired the item must be sent direct to the original manufacturer/factory by the customer. Coleman Tyler LC can assist you in locating the proper manufacturers repair facility. If Coleman Tyler LC determines an item is to be replaced, simply include the RMA# and return to Coleman Tyler LC and a replacement item will be shipped.

   
  Shipping & Handling

• All firearms will be sent out fully insured with tracking numbers.
• Shipping charges are to be paid by buyer.
• Any and all shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Special rates apply to shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
• Shipments are sent via UPS or USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail with the customer having the choice to expedite UPS such as next or second day. In some cases such as pistols the item must be shipped next day per Federal regulations.
• If you receive an item that is damaged, please have your tracking number ready and contact the shipper directly to place a claim. Please retain all boxing and shipping materials as they may need to be inspected prior to a claim being settled. Should any damage occur, Coleman Tyler LC will be happy to assist you with contacting the shipper, but will not be held financially responsible for the item or its replacement cost. With purchase of the insurance, the buyer assumes all risk associated with shipping damage.
